Guidance

Guidance Department Promise Statement
The Guidance Department will work cohesively, professionally, responsibly, and ethically to advocate the best interests of our students in conjunction with parents, teachers, staff, and the community by creating resources, support structures, and open communication for all. Through our consistent, prompt, and collaborative efforts we will push our students to develop character, discipline, leadership, and diversity in a student-centered environment based on equality, and will listen to students and empower them to make quality life decisions in pursuit of their education, careers, and personal goals.

Counseling
The Guidance Department views each student individually, which enables us to mentor your daughter/son holistically. Not only do we offer academic counseling, but also spiritual and personal as well. With the additional support of the Academic Deans, who will be able to offer candid one-on-one conferences between individual teachers and students, the Guidance Department has the opportunity to elevate the relationships created last year with each and every Seton Academy student. If there are issues or concerns that go beyond academics, Guidance Department has an open-door policy and will assist in directing you to possible solutions.
